SUMMER RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME (SRFP) at JNCASR

This is a flagship programme of the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), in which bachelor’s and master’s level students from Science and engineering are placed at institutes of repute all over the country, for two months of training in the areas of their interest in the Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Engineering. Everey year about 70 fellowships are offered, and selection is based on merit. The admitted students are given a fellowship of Rs. 10,000/- per month. This is one of the highly acclaimed programmes of the Centre and the students are very appreciative of the benefits, enabling them to get inspired towards scientific research during the early stage of their education.
