Eligibility:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy/health/business-related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Pharma/healthcare, in particular medical research institutions.
- Leading process improvements/ root cause analysis
- Analyzing data and workflow to identify opportunities for improvement
- Leading cost reduction initiatives
- Passion for the Pharma industry – good understanding of how the healthcare industry operates and the unique characteristics of the industry ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Pharma provider applications, platforms, and data ecosystem, with the ability to go deep on technical aspects to understand current and future customer needs
