Unlock Impact works virtually and you will work out of your preferred choice of location. You are
expected to have a laptop, working internet connection and a phone, so you can schedule, lead and join
meetings virtually. Working hours are flexible, we expect you to be the judge of your best productive
hours. You may need to cover multiple time zones as needed. Unlock Impact offers a work environment

Role and Responsibilities

• The program intern will be actively involved in the implementation of Unlock Impact’s Women Entrepreneurship Program.
• Assist the team in logistics while assessing and selecting the participants for the Women Entrepreneurship Program.
• Research around Women’s Entrepreneurial networks, incubators, and platforms to build a database for the program.
• Support in maintaining back-end systems that track program outcomes and relationships
• Support Program Manager in virtually engaging the women entrepreneurs of the cohort regularly
• Help the Program Manager executes the engagement plan by creating required materials (slides, videos, posts, surveys, etc)
• Assist the team with technical logistics during the masterclasses/Bootcamp/sessions as needed with the women entrepreneurs
• Coordinating actively with participants and team members during the mentor matching process.
  Assist in any capacity possible as per the requirement ensuring smooth implementation of the Women Entrepreneur program.

The program offers Part-time virtual working hours, Stipend, an Experience letter and an Opportunity to participate in networking events and company meetings.
